Specialist Network · Law Firm Support

Join the Law Firm Support Specialist Network.

I help law firms with operations, intake, automation, websites, SEO, reporting, and marketing execution. I am building a trusted network of independent specialists I may collaborate with, refer to law firm clients, or bring in on future projects. Choose the types of opportunities you are interested in below.

“Paul Helps Firms” is the brand name under which Paul Adrian Macapagal, a duly registered independent professional in the Philippines, provides services. It is not a law firm, and it is not a licensed recruitment, placement, or manning agency. Paul Adrian Macapagal is not a lawyer, does not practice law, and does not provide legal services or legal advice. Nothing on this page creates an attorney-client relationship.

US / UK / AU law firm experience required 2+ years experience required No fees, ever 18 years old and above Independent specialists only

Who this is for

Independent specialists with at least 2 years of experience supporting law firms in the US, UK, or Australia, covering operations, intake, automation, web, SEO, marketing, reporting, or admin.

How it works

Submit your profile once. If a law firm has a fitting need, I may reach out with details. Any work is agreed separately, in writing.

What it is not

Not a job posting, not recruitment or placement for employment, and not a guarantee of work, income, or a contract.

Please read before you begin: this network is for specialists with United States, United Kingdom, or Australia law firm experience. The firms I support are based in these three markets, so hands-on experience working with US, UK, or Australian law firms is required. If your law firm experience is in other jurisdictions only, or you have not worked with law firms in these markets yet, please disregard this form. A submission cannot be added to the network at this time. This is a fit requirement for the work available, and it is not based on your nationality, citizenship, residence, or any personal characteristic. You are welcome to apply in the future once you have relevant experience in one of these markets.
This is not recruitment or placement for employment. Paul Adrian Macapagal is not a licensed private employment agency, recruitment agency, or manning agency, and is not engaged in the recruitment, placement, or deployment of workers for local or overseas employment within the meaning of the Labor Code of the Philippines (Presidential Decree No. 442, as amended) or Republic Act No. 8042, as amended by Republic Act No. 10022. No job order, job vacancy, employment contract, or deployment is being offered through this form. No placement fee, processing fee, training fee, deposit, or payment of any kind is or will be collected from you at any stage. If anyone asks you to pay in connection with this network, it is not authorized. Please report it to the contacts below.
Joining this network is free and voluntary, and creates no obligation on either side. It is not an offer of employment and does not promise placement into employment with any third party, including any law firm. Client referrals, where selected, concern potential independent service opportunities only. Any actual engagement is subject to a separate written agreement between you and the relevant party, which governs scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables.
Independent status. Nothing in this form or in your inclusion in this network creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency between you and Paul Adrian Macapagal. Where engaged, you act as an independent contractor with control over your own work methods and schedule, and you remain solely responsible for your own tools, business permits where applicable, taxes, and statutory contributions (including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG obligations).
